Fatty also knew up front the ENTIRE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ADVISED AGAINST RENEWAL, certainly AS IT WAS WRITTEN. So, one can only conclude the whole thing was meant to be nothing more than another painted horse on the Conservative ferris wheel – the one that goes like hell in one spot but has neither the competence, knowledge or intestinal fortitude to make a real move, one that moves Canada forward.
