That prompted flabbertgastation from Jason Kenny and hypergastation for a dyspeptic Stephen Harper, leader of the august body of zombie bobble heads, AKA Conservatives.
Steve clearly spelled out from then until now, all that happened on the prior watch is illegal….and earlier this week he does the same thing and calls it “a Budget”.
